Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–3 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, QoE, valuation, accounting advisory, consulting, corporate development, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation work across sell-side/buy-side M&A, capital raises, and ESOP implementations.
• Participate in the full cycle of transaction execution, including due diligence and developing detailed financial analyses.
• Develop company valuations and analyze various transaction structures; prepare presentations and confidential information materials.
• Gain hands-on deal experience by working with senior professionals and across diverse industries; contribute to multiple engagements.
