J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Advisory team within the Investment Banking Division.

You will contribute to the firm’s M&A execution and capital raising capabilities while developing strong functional skills and working with senior professionals in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment. You will build complex financial models, draft presentations for management and boards, and stay current on market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in an investment banking front office or related role.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution orientation.

Responsabilités

• Work with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams.
• Build and use complex financial models and analyze large data sets.
• Support senior bankers in developing structured solutions for transactions.
• Develop expertise in corporate finance, capital structure and spin-offs.
• Draft management presentations and board materials for M&A and capital markets.
• Keep abreast of market developments and client dynamics.
• Create thematic client content on key issues and market trends.
