Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a high-impact financial role, preferably FP&A or Investment Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and US GAAP.

About the Role:

As a Corporate Finance, Analyst, you will independently lead workstreams around critical initiatives related to Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in providing insights and recommendations that shape Fetch’s financial strategy, optimize company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company's growth and objectives. This role will report to the head of Corporate Finance.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Scenario Planning
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-impact financial role; preferably FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting; “in-house” tech experience preferred.
  • Familiar with SQL preferred
  • Familiar with US GAAP
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
  • Cost optimization, Cost analysis, and Cost Reporting experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other BI tools preferred
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; great organization skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

Compensation:
