Citizens is seeking a Finance and Accounting Intern in Johnston, RI to work on financial reporting and analysis while applying academic knowledge to real business challenges. You may join in Business Unit Finance or Corporate Accounting.
The internship begins June 1, 2027, offers a hybrid work model, and pays $27 per hour. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics with a 3.5 GPA and expected graduation in May 2028.

As a Finance or Accounting Intern you will have the opportunity to participate in finance activities while improving your reporting and analysis skills as well as enhancing your knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles. You will be placed in one of the following accounting-related areas for the summer: Business Unit Finance (Consumer, Commercial, Enterprise),or Corporate Accounting.

The position offers $27/per hour as a starting rate.
