The Corporate Building Facilities Supervisor role supports large-scale meetings at the Corporate office, oversees part-time JCDS coordination, and collaborates across internal teams.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Back up support for meeting coordinator to ensure meetings held at Corporate office appear seamless and well managed.
• Schedule tasks with part-time JCDS team members and develop their skills in coordination with job coaches.
• Organize backup for PTO, call-ins, and scheduling issues across multiple meetings.
• Update processes with growth and evolving needs.
• Serve as liaison for Terracon Corporate events and internal activities.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for building facilities.
• Manage weekly meetings with all involved in future meeting support.
• Maintain quality standards of Corporate office and create practical solutions.
• Foster and grow internal and external relationships for ongoing support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
