Job summary

Terracon seeks a Field Facilities Professional to help clients prioritize capital improvements, perform facility condition assessments, and develop multi-year budgets and forecasts for asset management.

You will inspect structural, architectural, and MEP systems, identify deferred maintenance, and deliver clear reports that guide short- and long-term capital planning. The role requires travel and independent work with a focus on data-driven lifecycle analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in facility management, asset management, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including structural, architectural, and MEP components.
• Experience conducting facility condition assessments and inspections.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and lifecycle analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility condition assessments and inspections of structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
• Identify deferred maintenance and deficiencies for capital planning.
• Generate lifecycle analyses and estimates for remaining useful life and replacement costs.
• Develop multi-year budgets and capital planning forecasts.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor asset management consulting to their needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
• Provide clear client reports and recommendations; maintain effective communication.
