O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Corporate Facilities Manager to plan, direct, and oversee facility services for the corporate headquarters and properties. You will manage daily operations, vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, space optimization, risk mitigation, and leading a facilities team to deliver reliable, cost-efficient services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 4+ years managing corporate office environments or workplace services.
• Advanced knowledge of building and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range facility plans and capital projects.
• Create and monitor the facilities budget, negotiate vendor contracts.
• Lead and develop the facilities team to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Manage vendor contracts for cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Plan space utilization and coordinate renovations and moves.
• Oversee remodeling, refurbishment, and construction projects.
• Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to cut costs.
