Job summary

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support, including 2+ years supporting senior leadership or C-suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to create, edit, and deliver professional presentations for executive audiences.
  • Strong spreadsheet management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Position Summary

The Corporate Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the company. This role is responsible for managing executive communications, coordinating schedules, preparing professional presentations, maintaining spreadsheets and reports, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The Corporate Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective execution of priorities with expected core working hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions

  • Provide direct administrative support to the President and executive leadership team.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain professional presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets, dashboards, and data reports.
  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

Travel

  • Some travel (<25%) within the continental U.S. and overseas locations may be required.

Physical Requirements

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, multi-function printers and smartphones.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions.
