The Corporate Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the company. This role is responsible for managing executive communications, coordinating schedules, preparing professional presentations, maintaining spreadsheets and reports, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The Corporate Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective execution of priorities with expected core working hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Some travel (<25%) within the continental U.S. and overseas locations may be required.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, multi-function printers and smartphones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
