Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking a Corporate Associate in Beverly Hills with 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing practice.

The firm handles M&A, private equity, financing, joint ventures, and other high-value transactions for a sophisticated client base including private equity firms, lenders, and entrepreneurs, with a collaborative platform and meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience at BigLaw or large firms preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• California Bar admission or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, venture capital transactions, and strategic investments
• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and other principal transaction documents
• Conduct and manage transactional due diligence, including on complex and multijurisdictional matters
• Advise private equity clients throughout the investment lifecycle, from acquisitions and financing through portfolio matters and exits
• Work on joint ventures, strategic partnerships, investment structures, and corporate reorganizations
• Assist with secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financing, syndicated credit facilities, and asset-backed loans
• Advise on debt and equity financing structures, including senior and mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments
• Support clients on debt restructurings, refinancings, and recapitalizations
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and operational contracts
• Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and day-to-day corporate matters
• Collaborate with lawyers across complementary practice areas to provide clients with integrated transactional advice

A highly regarded full-service law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its growing transactional practice.

The team advises a sophisticated client base spanning private equity firms, financial institutions, investors, lenders, borrowers, entrepreneurs, developers, and privately and publicly held companies. The practice handles complex transactions across industries including media and entertainment, real estate, hospitality, fashion, and finance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate coming from a BigLaw or larger law firm environment who wants to continue working on sophisticated transactions while benefiting from a more collaborative platform, meaningful responsibility, and direct exposure to clients and senior lawyers.

• Experience gained within a BigLaw, AmLaw, or other sophisticated large law firm environment is strongly preferred
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions, with private equity and/or financing experience particularly valuable
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to take meaningful ownership of matters while working effectively within a collaborative team
• California Bar admission or eligibility to practice in California preferred
• Salary of $235,000–$260,000, depending on class year and experience
• 1,850 billable-hour target
