Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission (or eligibility).
• Significant experience advising on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and lead high-value transactions.
• Established client base or clear track record of developing business.
• Commercially minded with exceptional client relationships and leadership.
• Collaborative approach within a national corporate platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
• Advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, family offices and other investors on transactions.
• Manage all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution and post-closing matters.
• Work closely with colleagues across tax, finance, antitrust, IP, executive compensation and other specialist teams to deliver client service.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while contributing to growth of the firm's corporate practice.

• Manage all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution and post-closing matters.
• Work closely with colleagues across tax, finance, antitrust, intellectual property, executive compensation and other specialist teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's corporate practice.
