Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead a premier corporate dining operation in Brighton, MA. This hands-on, strategic leader will oversee daily operations, culinary execution, financial performance, and client relationships to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

With ownership mindset, you will direct menu development, cost control, and staff development while upholding safety, sanitation, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, culinary school certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a Corporate Dining General Manager role is preferred.
• ServSafe Certification and MA Allergen Awareness desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of a premier corporate dining operation.
• Lead culinary execution, cost control, and menu development in partnership with the Chef.
• Manage client relationships, vendor relations, and payroll/financials.
• Drive team development, performance coaching, and staffing planning.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and consistent high‑quality service standards.
