The North Lake Group is seeking a Corporate Design Engineer to join the Corporate Engineering Department. You will provide engineering services for projects across our manufacturing facilities, including dairy and beverage production lines.

You will lead design efforts, set standards, and oversee equipment procurement and project proposals to drive capital expansion and continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical skills, teamwork, and travel readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 7 years in engineering roles within Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods.
• Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, and Equipment Floor Layouts.
• Knowledge of CIP systems and equipment sanitation.
• Electrical conduit, wiring, and controls architecture for manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Lead conceptual and detailed engineering designs for Manufacturing Systems including Dairy, Packaging, Utility, and Waste Treatment.
• Set and uphold company-wide Engineering Design Standards and Specifications.
• Manage Engineering Design and Equipment Procurement, including cost estimation, supplier evaluation, and project proposals.
