Morgan Stanley in New York is seeking analytical professionals to advise corporate clients on market risks and to develop hedging strategies. You’ll analyze exposures, price transactions and collaborate with Sales & Trading, Investment Banking and capital markets teams on financings and M&A.

Base pay ranges for Analyst ($110,000–$125,000) and Associate ($150,000–$225,000) per year, with additional incentives depending on role and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of related experience in investment banking, capital markets, derivatives or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Intellectual curiosity about financial markets and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• MBA, CA and/or CFA beneficial but not required.
• Relevant securities licenses, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsabilités

• Advise corporate clients on interest rate, FX and other market risks.
• Analyze exposures and develop tailored hedging and derivatives strategies.
• Structure, price and execute transactions with Sales & Trading.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking and capital markets teams on financings and M&A.
• Prepare and deliver clear, thoughtful analysis for client discussions.
• Develop a deep understanding of interactions between markets, corporate finance and risk management.
