What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, derivatives, markets or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in financial markets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
• MBA, CA and/or CFA designation is beneficial but not required
• Relevant securities licenses, or willingness and ability to obtain them

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $225,000 per year for Associate, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
