Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the U.S. Corporate and General Legal teams. You will negotiate complex commercial agreements and advise on strategic business initiatives, including data privacy, antitrust, and ethics compliance.

You will collaborate with global Legal colleagues, manage multiple stakeholder interests, and travel domestically/internationally as needed. This role requires a J.D. and bar admission, with 4+ years of multinational experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent from a top law school.
• Bar membership; Oregon or California bar membership preferred.
• 4+ years of experience providing legal support for a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, prepare, and draft complex commercial agreements.
• Advise business units to protect confidential information and IP rights.
• Provide strategic and transactional support to management and operations.
• Develop and deliver training, templates, and processes for legal support.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure company compliance.
