Our client, a global technology company, is expanding its Americas footprint and seeks an experienced attorney to shape regional compliance and support commercial legal needs as growth continues.

You will serve as a trusted partner on new business models, GTM strategies, and day-to-day operations, while leading regional compliance programs across the Americas and negotiating complex contracts. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8–15 years of post-qualification experience at a law firm, in-house, or both.
• Background in technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal partner to business teams on new business models, go-to-market strategies, day-to-day operations, and marketing initiatives
• Own and lead regional compliance programs and projects as the company scales across the Americas
• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts and partnership agreements
• Approach legal challenges with creativity, offering practical, flexible solutions that manage risk while supporting business goals

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 8 to 15 years of post-qualification experience at a law firm, in-house, or a combination of both
• Background in the technology sector or a technology-related education is a plus
• Genuine curiosity about technology, innovation, and business
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• High integrity and a collaborative working style
