LHH Recruitment is assisting a financial services company with a long history of growth in seeking an In House Counsel to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This role offers exposure to domestic and international matters and partnership with business leaders.

You will advise on legal and regulatory issues across financial services, employment, privacy, corporate, and commercial matters; draft and negotiate agreements; manage litigation and vendor contracts; support regulatory projects

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar admission required.
• Experience in financial services, employment, privacy, or corporate matters desirable.
• 6+ years of legal experience, preferably at a mid-sized or large law firm or in-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with financial services, investment management, privacy, or employment matters is a plus, but not required.
