The role focuses on strategic business initiatives, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, and managing outside counsel. Experience with publicly traded life sciences or diagnostics companies is highly valued for guiding growth in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including in-house and/or law firm work.
• Experience balancing legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device organizations.
• Public company experience and familiarity with governance, SEC, and regulatory matters.

Aufgaben

• Advise on healthcare, FDA, and regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial agreements including vendor, customer, consulting, licensing, confidentiality, and service agreements.
• With the CFO, manage SEC filings and compliance for the company.
• Support strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business development initiatives.
