You will review documents, provide guidance, research questions, and collaborate with management across departments. A license to practice and the ability to work with a variety of business law topics are required or highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with documents and computer use.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
