Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, giving guidance on company matters, and ensuring policies and compliance. Licensing to practice law is required, and corporate experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree required.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
