Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Health insurance, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan options are included.

Qualifications

• Law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with documents and computer use.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work across areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
