Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support our company with legal and business matters, welcoming experienced attorneys as well as those building corporate experience. You will review contracts, provide general guidance on company matters, help with policies and compliance, research legal questions when needed, collaborate with management and other departments, and maintain organized legal records.

This role also offers professional development and growth across business lines.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree and valid license to practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with legal documents and research.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Assist with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions as needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Support routine contract and business legal issues.
