Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with compliance and documentation, and collaborate with management and other departments on legal matters. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn across areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Support policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions as needed.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
