The Corporate Counsel reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial contracts. Advises the business on legal risks and provides analysis regarding contractual and commercial matters. Ensures compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Reviews advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with global legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: JD from a top law school; State bar admission required.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience, preferably at a law firm and/or in-house legal contracts experience.
• 3-5 years corporate transaction experience, with emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Experience advising high-performance commercial and procurement teams.
• Familiarity with advertising law and reviewing marketing materials.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management processes preferred.

• Work closely with and guide the contracts administration team.
• Review and develop corporate compliance policies.
• Create and review contract templates, leveraging global requirements.
• Lead training initiatives for contracts administration.
• Review marketing materials for legal compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
