The successful candidate will possess a JD, relevant experience, and exceptional skills in project management, communication, and analysis. This role involves supporting Senior Corporate Counsel, managing litigation, and conducting essential legal research, ensuring adherence to all regulatory laws and company policies. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Formación

• 5+ years of job-related experience in a legal capacity.
• Experience in a banking legal field preferred but not required.
• Firm understanding of applicable compliance laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory and risk matters.
• Manage outside litigation and legal matters.
• Review contracts and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research for the Legal Department.
• Provide guidance on banking law and employment issues.
