Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience in a legal capacity.
• Experience in a banking legal field preferred but not required.
• Firm understanding of applicable compliance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory and risk matters.
• Manage outside litigation and legal matters.
• Review contracts and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research for the Legal Department.
• Provide guidance on banking law and employment issues.
