Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Corporate Counsel in the United States (Road Logistics) to serve as the primary reviewer for US contracts and support global initiatives. Based in Jersey City, the role requires coordinating with business units, negotiators, and leadership to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
The position offers a hybrid 4-1 work arrangement with four in-office days in Jersey City, and a target base salary range of $150,000–$160,000 plus benefits.

As our Corporate Counsel, you will be the main point of contact for legal contract review and contract management, supporting Kuehne+Nagel’s Road Logistics team in the United States. You will act as the primary reviewer for US contracts, but will also support in key global initiatives.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
