Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and negotiate subcontracts, subconsultant, vendor agreements, and software licenses.
• Evaluate projects based on the company’s risk profile.
• Serve as legal contact for disputes and coordinate with project teams for resolution.
• Support dispute resolution processes including mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlements.
• Retain and manage outside counsel as needed.
• Support licensing, governance, insurance, and risk management strategy.
