• Serve as primary legal contact for project disputes and manage resolution through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
• Retain and manage outside counsel for active dispute matters.
• Support governance, insurance, and risk management strategy.
• Base Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year.
