Job summary

CTMK Network is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead a scalable accounting infrastructure across multiple operating companies. This hands‑on role requires expertise in multi‑entity consolidations, acquisition integration, and internal controls under a private equity backed environment.

The ideal candidate will manage external audits, drive system improvements, and partner with the CFO to support rapid organizational growth with high visibility and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Active CPA certification preferred.
• Experience consolidating financial statements across multi‑entity ledgers.
• Hands‑on in opening balance sheets for acquisitions and intercompany eliminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multiple entities.
• Oversee multi‑entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and GL reconciliations.
• Develop standardized accounting processes and internal controls across acquired businesses.
• Partner with CFO to strengthen accounting infrastructure and support growth.
• Lead accounting integration for new acquisitions and opening balance sheets.
