Rogue Fitness seeks an accounting leader to own the integrity of the company’s numbers and enable leadership to make faster, better decisions. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the financial accounting team, oversee month-end close, financial statement prep, and general ledger maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.
• Active CPA license or equivalent designation.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, food service, restaurant or analogous industries.
• 3+ years leading and developing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
• Proven experience managing financial close and reporting for a complex organization.
• Management of Cost of Goods Sold and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BOM, SKU, landed cost concepts and tariffs impact.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements per US GAAP and IFRS.
• Deliver departmental reports for manufacturing, distribution, and global operations.
• Maintain general ledger and scalable chart of accounts.
• Own COGS and cost accounting for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure accurate BOM, SKU, and landed cost accounting and tariffs impact analysis.
• Design and maintain internal controls across financial processes.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits.
• Ensure tax compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
