Rogue Fitness is seeking a Director of Finance Technology to own and shape the enterprise systems that run the company’s financial backbone. You will lead the finance, supply chain, and IT teams to design and implement scalable, automated workflows across global operations from Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field; MBA beneficial.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in accounting/finance technology.
• Experience with ERP systems, GL, AR/AP, inventory, purchasing; e-commerce/manufacturing background.
• Proficiency in APIs, data integration and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership with CFO and key stakeholders to align tech with enterprise strategy.
• Develop roadmaps for financial systems architecture and integration.
• Manage financial technologies for purchasing, inventory, and supplier workflows.
• Oversee configuration, reporting, compliance of enterprise accounting systems.
• Integrate ledgers, AR/AP, inventory, purchasing across systems via robust APIs.
• Design and implement solutions to automate accounting workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Evaluate emerging tech to improve data accuracy and process automation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance technology team.
