Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and reporting for the corporate side of the business. This hands-on finance leadership role reports to senior leadership and steers planning activities as the company grows.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in accounting, strong month-end close, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership, with CPA/CMA preferring candidates. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for corporate departments.
• Create dashboards and KPIs and develop scenario models to guide key business decisions.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure financial data remains clean and consistent across systems.
• Strengthen internal controls and modernize finance processes.
• Manage and mentor a small Accounting and Finance team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$150k - $170k

Position Overview

This is a hands-on finance leadership role that will own accounting and reporting while also driving planning activities for the corporate side of the business. The Corporate Controller will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the company's investors, with a clear path for growth as the organization continues to expand.
