The Corporate Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in South Bay, FL, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities for Xtreme Aviation LLC. This role manages the general ledger, month-end and year-end close processes, and ensures accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The Corporate Controller monitors cash flow, budgets, and forecasts; implements internal controls; and maintains compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and payables/receivables, and partnering with leadership to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions. The role also involves collaborating with external auditors, improving financial systems and processes, and supporting the development of policies that align financial integrity with the company’s operational and growth objectives.
