Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead our client’s accounting operations in Sheboygan, WI. This onsite, direct-hire role reports to the VP of Finance and oversees AR, AP, GL, treasury, and financial reporting across domestic and international operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA, with 10+ years in accounting and at least 5 in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, treasury, and international accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Manufacturing and multinational company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations including AR, AP, GL and financial reporting.
• Oversee domestic and international accounting teams.
• Drive month-end and year-end closes and financial analysis.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, and insurance programs.
• Support ERP initiatives and process improvements.
