Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Corporate Controller in the Milwaukee area to lead day-to-day transactional accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries. This hands-on leader will drive accuracy, timeliness, and increasing automation across AP, AR, payroll, and GL while guiding the integration of acquired businesses.

The role requires extensive accounting leadership experience, a strong track record in managing multi-location teams, and onsite working conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's Degree would be preferred
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time as a Controller (or equivalent) leading transactional accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL) at a growing company
• Proven people-leadership experience managing an accounting team across functions and, ideally, multiple locations
• Working Conditions: Onsite

Kforce's client in the Milwaukee area is looking for a Corporate Controller. This is a hands-on leadership role that owns the day-to-day transactional accounting operations of the company and its subsidiaries. The Controller is responsible for running an accurate, timely, well-controlled, and increasingly automated transactional accounting engine, and for leading the accounting integration of acquired businesses.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
