Location: Midtown Manhattan (5 days in-office)

A long-established investment and development firm is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee accounting, financial operations, and reporting across a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, joint ventures, and private equity investments. This role works closely with senior leadership on all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and treasury to compliance and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and cash management
• Oversee accounting across properties, partnerships, and the management company
• Manage AP/AR, payroll, insurance, lease admin, and internal controls
• Support investment diligence and analysis across real estate and private markets
• Collaborate with the family office on tax, reporting, and alternative investment oversight

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of comprehensive accounting experience in real estate and the ability to drive process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Yardi or MRI experience preferred
