SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Corporate Controller leads and motivates a regional team of site controllers to collaborate with and support plant leadership. Their role involves helping these leaders understand their business through effective challenge and by providing insightful and accurate management information. This information is essential for improving business performance and ensuring the accuracy of reporting. Additionally, the Corporate Controller is responsible for providing effective financial management and control for the business unit.

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Analyze business performance and trends with a forward-looking approach, taking necessary actions across the business.
• Monitor and report on Techniplas's financial performance, ensuring integrity in all governance and compliance areas.
• Coordinate the Techniplas budget, develop forecasting capabilities, and create a mitigation plan to support target achievements.
• Maintain a high level of collaboration and coordination with other Techniplas Finance Team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Accurately and transparently report financial KPIs, project performance, and P&L performance management, analyzing profitability, net working capital, and cash flow to enable effective decision-making.for Project Managers and Functional Management.
• Be a proactive finance partner, offering insightful advice and challenges to the business in all performance areas.
• Oversee the development and finalization of financial plans and forecasts.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of capital expenditure proposals from the business throughout the region.
• Enhance working capital performance to surpass targets.
• Guide and develop the Techniplas Finance team to provide valuable services.
• and compliance including meeting all the financial statutory obligations of the country.
• Participate actively in developing a unified global Finance strategy by enhancing standardized, centralized, and automated processes across the function.
• Implement region-specific processes and methods that have been developed centrally.
• Standardize processes and systems within Techniplas and across all Techniplas North America locations, avoiding customization.
• Maximize the use of and alignment with all Techniplas Finance teams (e.g., AP, AR, accounting, and project accounting).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting major or equivalent required
• Master's degree Preferred
• At least 15 years of proven experience as a senior finance leader, with extensive expertise in financial management and leading multi-site finance teams to achieve strong performance and drive process improvements.
• Strong accounting background
• Demonstrated expertise as a strong business partner with a deep understanding of business needs, alongside comprehensive knowledge of project management, driving finance transformation, and achieving operational excellence.
