This role will oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost management, and financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team for optimal performance.

Qualifications:
