As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Schedule: Full-time/Part-time, Monday - Sunday, All Shifts
• Hourly wage: $18.65 / Hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Conducting patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or over the phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety and security of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
