Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a senior communications leader to build and own the corporate narrative across earned media and executive communications. You will design proactive strategies, develop subject-matter experts, and drive AI-focused storytelling that positions TRM as a thought leader in AI-enabled investigations.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage the PR agency, and work with leadership to scale a high-impact communications function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate and executive communications, including owning earned media
• Proactive narrative strategist with strong coverage and share of voice growth
• Fluency in building sophisticated corporate narratives about AI
• AI-native approach with workflows and monitoring
• Natural teacher and talent-spotter who can coach experts for press
• Experience building a function and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Exposure to crisis-communications programs and sound judgment under pressure
• Excellent writer and editor capable of distilling technical topics

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate TRM's corporate narrative across earned channels
• Design and run executive-visibility programs and narrative architecture
• Grow share of voice across media, analysts, and other channels
• Identify, develop, and coach subject-matter experts for public appearances
• Build monitoring, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows for rapid response
• Lead a cross-functional communications function and collaborate with leadership
