Job summary

The Sacramento Kings are seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications to join the Corporate Communications team. This role will support and execute communications efforts that elevate the organization’s business initiatives, brand, people, partnerships, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with demonstrated experience developing materials for internal and external audiences.
• Experience pitching media and building relationships with reporters, editors, and media contacts.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to strategic communications and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans supporting business initiatives, partnerships, events, and strategic priorities.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, talking points, and briefings.
• Identify and pitch compelling story opportunities to local, regional, national, and trade media.
