Job summary

The Stockton Kings are seeking a creative Manager of Game Entertainment & Fan Experience to lead game presentation, live entertainment, and fan engagement for all home games.

This role oversees entertainment programming, mascot activities, sponsor activations, and in-game production, while collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to elevate the Stockton Kings brand in the 209 region and drive attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sports entertainment required.
• Demonstrated leadership in live event production and staff management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of game presentation for home games.
• Develop run of show, scripts, and in-arena programming.
• Direct game day entertainment staff, mascots, and vendors.
• Coordinate audio/video production to meet NBA G League standards.
• Develop fan experiences across pregame, halftime, and post-game.
• Partner with Marketing on in-arena content and promotions.
• Research, book, and evaluate performers.
• Manage fan engagement metrics and attendance analysis.
• Use AI tools to support scripts and activations.
