Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr Communications Specialist in Sacramento to lead strategic, highly complex integrated communications programs for multiple external audiences. You will develop and execute integrated plans across channels, leveraging all opportunities to drive impact and alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include managing high-priority projects, shaping messaging with partners, and end-to-end project oversight including budgets and metrics to evaluate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of communications experience across mediums, with audience customization.
• PM experience coordinating across divisions and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex integrated communications programs across external audiences.
• Develop and execute integrated communication plans across channels leveraging all opportunities.
• Manage high-priority projects and significant strategic changes to marketing/communication strategies.
• Consult with corporate and division partners to shape strategies, messages, and vehicles.
• Manage projects end-to-end: tracking, status, budgets, measurement of tactics.
