Independence Blue Cross is seeking a College Co-op: Corporate Communications Analyst to support the External Communications team. You’ll help craft messages, draft media materials, build media lists, and assist with social media content and campaigns.

This role offers exposure to executive communications and cross-team projects within IBX. The internship focuses on writing, editing, and coordination, with opportunities to participate in campaigns and events, developing professional communication

Qualifications

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of public relations activities and terminology.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of communication plans and strategic messaging.
• Draft media alerts and press releases and build media lists.
