College Co-op: Enterprise Strategy & Growth Analyst

The Strategy & Transformation team includes Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Market Intelligence, Portfolio Management, Strategic Capabilities, and Continuous Improvement. The team partners across the organization to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance business performance.

Co-op Position Summary

The Co-op will support Independence Blue Cross's efforts to identify growth opportunities, advance strategic initiatives, and improve execution across key business priorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the student will assist in analyzing market trends, supporting strategic planning activities, tracking initiative performance, and developing insights that help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
