Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is offering a Corporate Communications Internship in Eden Prairie, MN. You will join the enterprise communications team to create content, support social media campaigns, and assist with executive communications in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities include content development on health care topics, campaign asset management, and cross-channel storytelling, with exposure to strategy and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and enrolled for Summer 2027 internship.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to commute/relocate to Eden Prairie, MN or Washington, DC for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Create content on topics such as health care delivery, innovation and technology, employee benefits and programs, mission, and culture.
• Support channels including intranet, email, social media, and digital signage.
• Assist with campaign assets, logistics, and project management, including videos, photography, and infographics.
• Proofread and edit key documents for internal and external audiences.
• Support employee and company campaigns by collecting and securing approvals for assets.
• Research, analyze, and share best practices across the competitive landscape.
