Role: Corporate Client Manager

Reports to: Director of Client Success

Location: Remote

What We’re Looking For

Mission Statement: To deliver our client partners meaningful relationships by providing a seamless experience, owning business goals, and allowing focus on patient care.

The Corporate Client Management Team supports key clients through process improvement, consulting, engagement, performance tracking, and ensuring satisfaction and growth. Our goal is to maintain a healthy book of business through retention and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an advocate and trusted advisor for strategic corporate accounts, proactively enhancing client relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to manage satisfaction needs.
  • Track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to interoperability, support, implementations, finance, growth, and product feedback.
  • Conduct annual Executive Summits and quarterly Business Reviews, preparing agendas that cover marketing, sales, support, interoperability, implementation, finance, and product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within HST to identify process improvements and evaluate feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience in client account management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency with CRM software for data logging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with workflow automation and healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications is a plus.
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships, anticipating needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some travel required: approximately 10-12 trips per year, including to Nashville and client sites.
