Curve Royalty Systems, a leader in music royalty accounting, seeks a Client Services Manager. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing client relationships and ensuring accurate royalty reporting. Curve Royalty Systems is revolutionizing music royalty accounting. Our platform can ingest unlimited income statements from countless distributors and formats, providing our clients with a seamless, transparent experience. Artists, labels, and publishers gain real-time access to their royalty data via our intuitive dashboard. Clients include Armada, Defected, NBCUniversal, Mad Decent, and many more.

We are looking for a Client Services Manager who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping music businesses thrive through accurate royalty reporting. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their royalty data is ingested, processed, and reported correctly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, has deep knowledge of music royalties, and can build strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with Client Management and Services teams to deliver a world-class client experience.
**This role is full-time and fully remote. We welcome applications from candidates based preferably in New York or Nashville. Candidates in the Los Angeles area are also encouraged to apply.
Downtown provides base salary ranges for all positions located in the United States at the time of posting. The hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 annually. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills. Downtown is committed to providing a comprehensive market-competitive total rewards program for its employees which includes medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, 401(k) match and generous paid time off. This range does not include any other variable compensation components.
