Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of data entry or back-office experience in finance/banking preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data management systems; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain corporate credit card data with high accuracy.
• Process new card accounts, updates, cancellations, and adjustments.
• Review applications for completeness and compliance.
• Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Assist with reporting and audits related to card accounts.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation retention.
